Because our services are custom, high-touch and begin immediately with strategy and production work, refunds are handled as described below unless your written agreement says otherwise.
Done-for-you services
Fees for done-for-you services (funnels, marketing, presentations, AI agents and AI video) are non-refundable once work has begun. Before work begins, you may cancel within 3 days of payment for a full refund.
Retainers
Monthly retainers may be cancelled with 30 days’ written notice. Fees already paid for a billing period are non-refundable.
Ad spend
Ad spend is paid directly to advertising platforms and is not refundable by us.
Digital products
Refund terms for books, courses or digital products are stated at checkout.
