These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of aashishmaru.com and any services, programs or products offered by Aashish Maru (“we”, “us”). By using the Site you agree to these Terms.

2. Services
Services such as done-for-you funnels, marketing, paid advertising management, AI agents, AI video production, coaching and consulting are governed by a separate written agreement or proposal. If there is a conflict, that agreement prevails.
3. Fees & ad spend
Fees are set out in your agreement or invoice. Advertising spend is paid directly to the advertising platforms and is not included in our fees unless stated in writing.
4. Client responsibilities
You are responsible for the accuracy of information you provide, for your products and claims, for complying with the laws and platform policies that apply to your business, and for timely approvals and assets.
5. Third-party platforms
We use third-party platforms (including Meta, Google, YouTube and AI providers). We are not responsible for their availability, policy changes, account restrictions or decisions.
6. AI-generated content
AI-generated content and AI agents may occasionally produce errors. You are responsible for reviewing content before publishing and for using AI likeness and voice only with appropriate consent and disclosures.
7. Intellectual property
All Site content, branding, the Aashish Maru name and logo, frameworks and materials are owned by us or our licensors. Ownership of deliverables is defined in your service agreement.
8. No guarantees
We do not guarantee any specific results, income or return on ad spend. See our Earnings Disclaimer.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to the fees you paid us in the three months before the claim.
10. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and courts in India will have jurisdiction, unless your service agreement states otherwise.
11. Changes
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Site means you accept the updated Terms.
