let’s say you take 10 sales calls or discovery calls, whatever you like to call them…1 person will probably hang up the phone, 1 person will probably buy immediately and 8 will have you choking on an objection.

This isn’t accurate but bare with me…

To help you out with this I’m going to give you 3 MUST DO’s To Close Your Leads As Clients!Starting with the most obvious…

MUST DO 1: Learn To Handle Objections (Don’t Hurt Me) ?Shit! I’m so sorry, I know you were expecting some harry potter sounding wizardry shit but the reality is you need to know how to do this.Know that an objection is not a no.

It is simply uncertainty in you, your company or your product/service.It’s never a no until the word ”NO” Is spoken.

Therefore it can be changed! So change it.MUST DO

2: Dolphin Dive Down-Sell ?

You’ve just pitched your main offer but they didn’t bite.

You tried to handle their objections but they didn’t budge.It happens sometimes!

Pull out the Dolphin Dive Down-Sell and make them a secondary offer.

For me, it’s usually a 1HR call to solve the biggest problem they told me they have over our call.

That could be anything from Offer Creation, Lead Generation or Closing.Currently, it’s my Clients Unlocked Method ™

MUST DO 3: Payment Plan Or Deposit ?

You have no idea how many of my students have said this is a game-changer.Many fear to offer payment plans but my outlook on it is if you charge $500 for your service I would rather walk off with $250 in my pocket than $0 out of fear of not getting my second $250.Makes sense, right?

In some instances, the prospect may not even be able to do 1 payment.If that’s the case, offer them the option of putting a deposit down to hold it at your asking price while they find the rest of the money.

This way even if they don’t come back, which cross fingers they do ?? you still get paid for your time spent on the call with them.Hope this post serves you!

I’ve spoken previously about online coaches who are killing it at the moment ($50-100K/month revenue), specifically the difference between them and coaches who are stuck at around $8-10K/month despite them having the exact same skillset ?

I described the difference as the way the hyper-successful are utilizing ‘???????’ to generate clients on demand while they spend their hours working on the parts of their business that they enjoy (and actually growing it) ?

Quickly I want to list the benefits of these systems I’m talking about:

✅No more awkward messages to randoms trying to close a new client

✅More time for you to actually enjoy your life and your business

I’ve had people ask me a bit about how the system works, so this post is dedicated to diving into actually what the hell I’m going on about so that you can start setting one this up for your own online coaching business.

It basically comes down to these 5 steps:

1- Traffic

2- Value Video Sales Page(VVSP)

3- Closing

4- Delivering

Traffic:

We’re talking paid traffic here. I recommend using Facebook ads in the beginning but other platforms work too. Basically, instead of creating content for organic reach on our pages to potential clients, we are testing different audiences and putting ads directly in front of them ?

Here we are advertising the video from our VVSP.

The goal here is to figure out which audience is the best target for your online coaching program. To do this, you see which ads are getting clicks for no more than $1. Things that will need work to hit that target are your audiences, your copy writing language, your message and your creatives

VVSP:

This is the fun part; creating a video that is loaded with so much value which teaches your audience on topics that you’ve hand picked. The best part about this, is that the lessons you teach are based on exactly what the audience wants, so we know it’s of their interest ?

Using this video, we make a connection to our audience while becoming an authority as a coach and someone who knows what the F*ck they’re talking about.

Right at the end, you tell them that they can schedule a FREE strategy call 1 on 1 with yourself where you are going to help them directly with their business. We’re aiming for $100 per call scheduled here ?

Closing:

Once someone has scheduled a call with you, you show up and keep delivering them insane value by attending to their objections, what they need help with, what’s holding them back, etc. ?By the end of the call, this person is eating out of your hands and that’s when you pitch them your program for the easiest, least awkward close of your career. Aim for a MINIMUM 20% close rate (⅕)

Devliering:

This is where your expertise comes into play as a coach.

You have your amazing program ready to be delivered, I recommend private Facebook groups as your platform.

Work to create a community that engages and thrives with each other. Hold Group Q&A’s every week so you can really connect with your clients ?

Most importantly, improve your program every month, that’s actually why we do the Q&A’s! Did somebody ask you how to lose fat without losing muscle? Start writing that new module for your program on exactly how to do it ?

I was that guy. I had no idea what to say so I would wish them all the best & end the call there.

After 30 minutes of talking. Following the script doing everything right.

Listening to the excitement of the person on the other end of the line after helping them so much all to freeze at the face of an objection.

Leaving the money on the table.That will not be you. I’m showing you exactly how to handle the most common of objections to close 60-80% of your leads.

An outreach strategy that provides a consistent stream of sales calls.Clients doing 20K in just 2 Months and And more!?

Before we get into the Objections know that In my experience 8 out of 10 people will throw an objection right at your face1 out of 10 will say YES immediately 1 will hang up & possibly call you a ****. It’s part of the game.

Seems the majority will throw objections at you it’s probably a good idea you know exactly how to handle them or risk leaving a huge sum of money on the table, agreed?

Firstly, know that objections are just Smoke Screens for uncertainty, not NO’s. They’re there to cover the fact that

a. they don’t see the value

b. they don’t trust you

c. they don’t trust your offer.

At least they’re the most common reasons.

This can be reversed but only with uncommon perfect replies designed to make the personstep back & reconsider their original objection or in some instances their NO so we can take back control & lead them to the beautiful word we as online coaches/mentors always wantto hear “YES!

”Let’s start with arguably the most common objection “I don’t have the money.” / “I can’t afford it.”…

‼Objection: I don’t have the money / I can’t afford it.‼

“Tell me more about that?”

Usually, they will go on to tell you about their financial situation & how they just can not spare with that money right now.

Ask this magic question…

“Would you agree that a good coach or mentor (say whatever you’re) wouldn’t leave money get in the way of you hitting your goals?

”They always say yes.“Great! Look I would like to class myself as a good coach or mentor (say whatever you’re).

Hopefully based upon this call you do too & I believe my results back that statement up, so I don’t want to leave money get in the way of us working together & getting you to where youdeserve to be.

So could you do a 2-payment plan? 1 payment now the 2nd when you can?”

‼Objection: Can I think about it? / I’ll need to think about it.‼

“Of course! I encourage that we want this to be the perfect fit for everyone. Based upon you feeling as if you need to think about it tells me you have a worry or concern, I haven’t addressed.

If you tell me what it is, maybe I can fix it for you?”Or“What’s to think about it?”

Usually, this will lead to another object such as the one above

“I don’t have the money”orthe one below “do you have a money-back guarantee?”

Continue to handle them.

‼Objection: Do you have a money back guarantee?‼

“I do yes! My guarantee is if you keep doing what you’re doing now you won’t be where you say you want to be.”

“Along with the guarantee that my coaching or mentorship (say what suits you) works.

As I said earlier (list off some result stories. 3 is optimal) Would you like to see their testimonials?”

Some say yes some say no.

If yes, talk about 3 & shut up.

If no, shut up & wait for them to talk.

For those that don’t have 3 result stories use your own but make an effort to go out & get 3 result stories.

My first result story came from a paying client my own result story was enough to convince him to become a client.

From there I ensured his results.

Don’t be surprised if that doesn’t cut it with many people.

We do like to see a proof before making a purchase decision.

That being said if you can get a paying client only using your result story makes sure he/she gets incredible results because your calls are going to go a lot smoother with that in your back pocket + the more you pay the more attention you pay.

Usually, free trials, etc don’t produce huge results because they have nothing to lose so going straight in for paying clients could be a smart move on your calls.

Then sit back and watch as the PayPal and Stripe notifs roll on in…Ahhhaaaaa bliss!
